Who is it for?
Personal training can help anyone and everyone, I train clients of all ages and fitness levels, it is always possible to find a package that works for you.

From guiding clients through total body transformations to sports performance and rehabilitation after an injury, everyone has different goals and ambitions, my job is to tailor your experience and get the best out of you.

1on1 and joint training sessions are available for those that like to train with a friend.

Free consultation

The first step is a free consultation, this is an opportunity to see the gym and discuss your goals and aspirations. This can be in the form of a 1to1 introductory session or an informal chat over a coffee, the objective here is to get to know each other and build a working partnership that will allow you to get the most out of your sessions.

Let's make a plan​

After your initial consultation, I will determine the best strategy to get you where you want to be and achieve your goals, this will include:

Put the plan into action​
​
No plan survives first contact with the enemy... this is as much true for your training journey as in any other pursuit, a plan is important but should only outline the broader strategy, bumps in the road will always be encountered.
This is where a personal trainer who has travelled the road before can be invaluable, exercise prescription, intensity/volume manipulation, movement analysis are all valuable components to a good ongoing training program, but this is not the complete story.
Training for an hour 3 times a week amounts to less than 2% of your time, my job is to ensure you get the most out of that 2% and provide you with the knowledge and tools to tackle the remaining 98%.

A flexible plan that allows you to use sessions as and when you need to.
