Free consultation

The first step is a free consultation, this is an opportunity to discuss your goals and aspirations over the phone or via email, the objective here is to get to know each other and build a working partnership that will allow you to get the most out of your sessions.

Let's make a plan​

​

After your initial consultation, I will determine the best strategy to get you where you want to be and achieve your goals, this will include:

  • Video analysis 

  • A personalised training plan for outside our sessions

  • Nutrition and lifestyle strategy

  • Progress tracking

  • Continued support and guidance inside and outside of the gym

Put the plan into action​

​

No plan survives first contact with the enemy... this is as much true for your training journey as in any other pursuit, a plan is important but should only outline the broader strategy, bumps in the road will always be encountered.

 

This is where a personal trainer who has travelled the road before can be invaluable, exercise prescription, intensity/volume manipulation, movement analysis are all valuable components to a good ongoing training program, but this is not the complete story.

 

Training for an hour 3 times a week amounts to less than 2% of your time, my job is to ensure you get the most out of that 2% and provide you with the tools and knowledge to tackle the remaining 98%
